FLORENCE LIBLIN

Florence LIBLIN, 89, 105 E. Grimes Ave., died at 1:47 a.m. today, March 18, 1993, at Parkview Care Center.

The service tentatively is set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Keevin Koch officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. A memorial has been established to Lockridge Little League.

Mrs. LIBLIN was born Sept. 21, 1903, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Scott and Eliza A. WILLIAMS McCORMICK. She graduated from Fairfield High School in 1922 and attended Parsons College. On Feb. 23, 1938, she married Benjamin Franklin LIBLIN at the Cedar Methodist Church in Cedar. He died Sept. 30, 1964. She lived most of her life in the Fairfield and Beckwith communities. She was a teacher and homemaker, and a member of Rebekah Lodge 96, White Shrine and Order of Eastern Star.

Surviving are three granddaughters and three great-grandchildren. Twin children, Edna and Edward, and several brothers and sisters preceded her in death.
