Ben LIBLIN, 80, Taken In Death

Benjamin Franklin LIBLIN, 80, retired farmer, died at 7 a.m. today at the Jefferson County hospital. He had been a patient there since Sept. 2.

Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral home in charge of the Rev. Lewis Lint. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

LIBLIN, a lifetime resident of Jefferson county, made his home two miles southeast of Fairfield. He was born July 14, 1884, the son of Martin and Julia Ann LOURY LIBLIN. He was educated at Bradshaw school.

LIBLIN was married to Florence McCORMICK Feb. 23, 1938. He was a member of the Bethesda Methodist church.

Surviving are his wife; one son, Edward LIBLIN, Fairfield Route 1; two grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Jane KING, Kahoka, Mo. One daughter, five brothers and one sister preceded him in death.
