Fairfield services are planned for Mrs. Louisa VOGEL, 81, former local resident who died Friday in Washington, D.C.
Mrs. VOGELS's home was at 501 E. Adams St. She had resided with her daugther, Mrs. Elsie KING, in Hyattsville, Md., for the past four and a half years.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m.m at St. Mary Catholic church in charge of the Rev. Fr. O. F . DeCoursey. The Rosary will be recited Monday at 7:30 p.m. at Hoskins Funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn cemetery.
Mrs. VOGEL spent most of her life in Fairfield. She was born March 10, 1877, the daughter of Sebastian and Anna KING. Her husband, William F. VOGEL, preceeded her in death Sept. 19, 1943.
In addition to her daughter, Mrs. VOGEL is servived (sic. survived) by two brothers, Al KING, Fairfield, and Sam KING, Wilton Junction, and two granddaughters.
