Florence Elizabeth REGENMORTER

Florence Elizabeth (CLARK) REGENMORTER, aged 90, of Grand Rapids, MI, passed on Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Florence was born and raised in Fairfield and graduated from Parsons College. Her parents were Charles and Anna CLARK who preceded her in death. Florence was a lifelong teacher who taught high school English and Drama at Davenport, IA, Muskegon, MI and retired from Grand Rapids Junior College where she taught Public Speaking. Florence loved to travel, read, needlepoint and spend time with her family at their summer cottage. She was a longtime member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Florence will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 59 years, John REGENMORTER, children: Beth and Louis REGENMORTER, Jane (David) KNUDSEN and grandson Quinn KNUDSEN. A Memorial Service will be held on July 2 at Trinity United Methodist Church. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held July 1 at the Reyers North Valley Chapel 2815 Fuller Ave NE. In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to the John Regenmorter Scholarship Fund at Grand Rapids Community College, 180 N. Division, Grand Rapids, MI 49503 or Trinity United Methodist Church, 1100 Lake Drive SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506.
