Editors Ledger:--The last sad rites have been said, and all that is mortal of Elizabeth WILSON laid to rest to await the resurrection morn. Elizabeth RUBY was born in Pennsylvania, Feb. 4, 1807, and died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. GROVES, in Pleasant Plain, Jan. 21st, aged ninety-four years, ten months, seventeen days. At the age of three she moved with her parents to Allegheny county, Maryland, where, in 1831, she was married to Lewis WILSON. In 1833 she moved with her husband to Ohio. In 1844 she united with the Methodist Episcopal church, and had since been a consistent member of the same. In 1855 she moved to Brighton, and has since been a resident of this state. Funeral services were conducted at the Methodist Episcopal church at Pleasant Plain, by the pastor, Rev. M. L. Sanders, and interment was made in the Friends cemetery. She leaves six children, two sons and four daughters, to mourn her departure.
