OBITUARY.

INGA ELIZABETH SCHILLERSTROM was born in Calmor County, Sweden, Apr. 8, 1923, and was married to G. O. SCHILLERSTROM Sept. 26, 1844. They came to Jefferson County in 1846, being only a few months later in arriving than the family of Andrew Cassel's father, who came in 1845 and was the pioneer Swedish settler of Jefferson County. In 1854 there was a deep religious awakening among the Lutheran members of New Sweden, and the pastor formed the Baptist church of the same place. Among the members was Mrs. SCHILLERSTROM.... She was the mother of five sons and three daughters, all of whom, except two daughters, are still living, and with their aged father mourn.... Rev. S. Horton conducted funeral exercises at the house and the remains were interred in the cemetery of the Baptist church in New Sweden. All of her living children, except two sons whose homes are in Nevada, were able to attend her funeral; also Andrew ANDERSON, a nephew, whose home is at Packwood.
