Dorothy L. BREWER

Dorothy L. BREWER, 91, of Portland, Ore., formerly of Fort Madison and Milton, died Sunday, May 15, 2011, in Portland.

A graveside service and interment will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sunnyside Cemetery, Milton, with Mrs. BREWER's son-in-law Ivan HOLSAPPLE officiating.

Local arrangements are in the care of Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.

Mrs. BREWER was born May 2, 1920, in Milton, the daughter of William and Lorena STEWART FEHYL. She married Beecher WILSON in 1937. She later married Gerald BREWER.

Mrs. BREWER graduated from Milton High School in 1937. She lived 40 years in Fort Madison, where she was employed at Sheaffer Pen Co.

Survivors include two daughters, Connie HOLSAPPLE of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Golden, Mo., and Sandra WILSON of Portland; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents.
