OBITUARY.

Leroy MYERS, son of Levi G. and Mary Ann MYERS, was born in Jefferson County Oct. 14, 1879, and passed away at the home of John Gobble, a few miles from Abingdon, Jan. 13, 1935, having reached the age of 55 years, 2 months and 29 days. Mr. MYERS was married about 20 years ago, and is survived by his widow who resides in Arkansas, two full brothers and a sister, and by two half-brothers. They are: O. B. MYERS, Washington, Iowa; Mrs. J. A. CALDWELL, Hedrick, Iowa; Ray MYERS, Ephrata, Washington State; Glen MYERS, Ft. Collins, Colorado; and Lester MYERS, Mansfield, Mass... The funeral was conducted from the Abingdon Church of Christ on Monday afternoon..... Burial was in Abingdon Cemetery.
