Death came at 1:15 Friday afternoon in the Jefferson county hospital to Mrs. A.L. SODERGREN, 404 N. Fifth, a lifetime resident of Jefferson county.
She had been a patient in the hospital for 8 weeks and seriously ill the past two weeks.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Aug. 19, at 11 a.m. in the Weston Behner Funeral home with burial in Evergreen cemetery.
Nora SODERGREN, 84, was born August 21, 1878 in Jefferson county the daughter of Charles L. and Anna M. CASE COX. She was married to A. L. SODERGREN January 1, 1931 at Anamosa. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
Besides her husband she is survived by three sisters and one brother, Mrs. Bernice PEACOCK and Charles (Ted) COX of Keosauqua; Mrs. A.E. LABAGH and Minnie COX of Fairfield. Her parents and one brother preceded her in death.
