Hazel A. HOAGE

Hazel A. HOAGE, 88, Route 1, died at 7:09 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 1991, at Jefferson County Hospital.

The service tentatively is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Monday at Raymond Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Open visitation begins at the funeral home at noon Saturday. Memorials may be made to donor's choice.

Mrs. HOAGE was born Sept. 16, 1902, at Brighton, the daughter of George Will and Maggie Mae (sic. May) DARNELL WILLIAMS. She lived most of her life in Fairfield, worked at the Iowa Ordinance Plant in Burlington and the Fairfield Mitten and Glove Company. She retired from Universal Producing Company in 1964. She married Henry W. HOAGE on Nov. 21, 1920, at Moline, Ill. He died Dec. 23, 1960. She was a member of the Worldwide Church of God.

Surviving are four sons, Eugene, Lindberg and Jerard, all of Fairfield, Terrell of Huntsville, Texas; two daughters, Hiwana EMRY of Norwalk, Rayfield RITZ (sic. Iwanda Rayfield HOAGE RITZ) of Fairfield; 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren; a sister, Aletha WILSON of Fairfield; two brothers, Kenneth WILLIAMS of Fairfield, Edwin WILLIAMS of Douds; several nieces and nephews.

A son, Henry Jr., a grandson, three brothers and four sisters preceded her in death.
