Mrs. Jesse H. DAGGETT, 67, native of Fairfield, died at 3:15 p.m. Friday at the Jefferson Square Manor in Ottumwa. She had been in failing health for the past three years.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. George Koch officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Elizabeth HUMPHREYS DAGGETT was born Feb. 9, 1907, in Fairfield, daughter of Marvin and Minnie GLEASON HUMPHREYS. She was a member of the Christian Church.

Her marriage to Jesse H. DAGGETT took place Nov. 14, 1925, and they spent 40 years of their married life in Detroit, Mich. They returned to Fairfield 2½ years ago and made their home at 402 W. Broadway.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. DAGGETT is survived by two grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Bernice DuBOIS and Mrs. Mabel PEQUIGNOT, Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by two sons, one daughter, two sisters and a brother.
