DEATH CLAIMS A.A. McINTIRE

Albert A. McINTIRE, 40, former resident of Fairfield, passed away this morning in a hospital at Moline, Illinois, about 2 a.m. He had been seriously ill the past month.

The body will be brought to Fairfield Sunday and services are planned for Monday or Tuesday at the Weston Behner funeral home.

Mr. McINTIRE was the son of the late David and and Anna McINTIRE. He was born September 5, 1907, in Fairfield. He was united in marriage to Violet GILLAN (sic. a/k/a GILLIAN ??), of Ottumwa, on November 29, 1926.

He is survived by his wife and one daughter, Kathryn, and six sons, David, Jackie, Alvin, Gary, Tommy, Albert, Jr., all at home.

Mr. McINTIRE is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Lester ZILLMAN, Fairfield, and eight brothers; Raymond, Clifford, Charles, all of Fairfield; Leland, Minneapolis; Benjamin, Harley and James, all of Moline; and Leonard, of Muscatine.
