Gary Edward HAYNES

Gary Edward HAYNES, 60, of Fairfield, died at 10:40 a.m. Sunday, March 13, 2011, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.

A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Jim Cecil officiating. Interment will be in McDowell Cemetery, north of Fairfield.

Family visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the family.

Mr. HAYNES was born Oct. 19, 1950, in Ottumwa, the son of Everett and Shirley MONROE HAYNES. He married Dixie NEWBOLD Nov. 3, 1983, in Canton, Ill.

Mr. HAYNES lived most of his life in the Fairfield community. He was a truck driver for Shelman and Sons Trucking.

Survivors include his wife; five children, Kimberly BOWERMASTER and husband Chris of Bowling Green, Mo., Gary Everett HAYNES and wife Brittany of Fairfield, Billy HAYNES and wife Nicki of Fairfield, Donny HAYNES and wife Kennie of Fairfield and Kandi DIERS and husband Ted of Lockridge; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Cathy BIGGS of Kansas City, Kan.; and one brother, Joe HAYNES of Fairfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Carol DILLMAN; and one brother, John HAYNES.
