Page 3, Column 2MRS. JANE BOSWORTH DIED YESTERDAY.
Mrs. Jane BOSWORTH passed peacefully away yesterday afternoon at two o'clock at her home on East Washington street after a lingering illness lasting over a period of seven years. On Tuesday she suffered the last and fatal stroke of apoplexy and those watching around her bedstead realized that the end was inevitable.
Jane MONTGOMERY was born in Buchanan township, this county, on November 11th, 1843, and was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William MONTGOMERY, early pioneers of this county. She grew to womanhood here and in July, 1866, she was united in marriage to H. H. (sic - H. L.) BOSWORTH, a veteran of the Civil war, who died here in 1972 (sic - 1872).
She is survived by two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Mary SHRINER and Mrs. Etta CLARKE of this city, and John MONTGOMERY of Junction City, Kansas, besides a number of nieces and nephews.
The funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from her late residence on East Washington street and will be conducted by Rev. W. W. MONTGOMERY of the Presbyterian church. The interment will take place in Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. Jane BOSWORTH died at the home of Mrs. Geo. Shriner on East Washington St., Thursday, Jan. 25, 1912. She was 68 years of age and was the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William MONTGOMERY, early pioneers in this county.
In 1866 she was united in marriage to H. L. BOSWORTH, a veteran of the Civil War, who died here in 1872.
She is survived by two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Mary SHRINER and Mrs. Etta CLARK of this city and Mr. John MONTGOMERY of Junction City, Kan.
The funeral services were conducted by Rev. W. W. MONTGOMERY of the Presbyterian church Saturday afternoon at the home.
