Illness Fatal To Mrs. CALHOUN, 76

Mrs. LeNora Belle CALHOUN, 76, died this morning at the home of her son, Elmer RAMSAY, north of Fairfield. She had been ill for six months.

Last rites will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Hoskins Funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

A lifelong resident of Jefferson county, Mrs. CALHOUN was born Jan. 12, 1878, the danughter (sic) of Asa D. and Sarah MALLAMUS (sic - MALLAMS) ROBERTS. In 1896 she was married to Harry RAMSAY who preceded her in death in 1930 (sic - 1928). She later married Newt CALHOUN who died in 1933 (sic - 1931).

Mrs. CALHOUN was a member of the Pleasant Grove Methodist church. She is survived by one son, Elmer RAMAY (sic - RAMSAY), and two grandchildren. Two sisters, Mrs. Mary ALFRED, Batavia, and Mrs. Harry BISHOP, Washington, and one brother, Ralph ROBERTS, Fairfield, also survive.

One sister and one brother preceded her in death.
