Oral Elizabeth HALL

Oral Elizabeth HALL, 82, 1006 E. Jefferson Ave., died at 11:15 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 4, 1998, at Jefferson County Hospital long-term care.

The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Wallarab officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Jefferson County Hospital Auxiliary.

Mrs. HALL was born Nov. 12, 1915, in Fairfield, the daughter of Charles O. and Gertie Ellen GRAHAM CARTER. She married William H. HALL on Oct. 20, 1946, in Fairfield. He died Aug. 15, 1981. She graduated from Fairfield High School in 1933. She had lived in Keota before moving to Fairfield in 1955. She founded and co-owned Fairfield Industrial Supply along with her husband. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Beta Sigma Circle, Jefferson County Hospital Auxiliary, and was a past board member of the Fairfield Lionels Club.

Survivors include two daughters, Sue HALL and Maggi MANNING, both of Dallas, Texas; one son, Mark, of Fairfield; and three sister, Ruth SELLARS of Fairfield, Helen CLARKE of Midland, Mich., and Gayle ELAND of Winfield. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Robert; and two brothers, Leland and Claude CARTER.
