C. A. ALLARD DIES AT NOON IN FAIRFIELD

Well-known Retired Farmer Suffered Stroke Short Time Ago Here

C. A. ALLARD, well known retired farmer and grain dealer, died here at 12:10 this noon at 207 North Court street where he had been making his home. Mr. ALLARD suffered a stroke a short time ago, and had been in failing health since then. He was preceded in death by one son, and his wife. Surviving him are his daughter, Mrs. O. A. WORK, of Binghamton, N. Y., and one sister, Mrs. R. A. ALLEN of Little York, Ill.

The body has been taken to the Campbell funeral home in this city.
