Frank J. STEVER, was born in Jefferson County in 1860, and he died at the home of his parents one mile west of Fairfield, Feb. 27, 1900. Deceased was a son of Mr. and Mrs. S. F. STEVER (sic. Solomon Fink STEVER and Hannah Amanda BALL STEVER) and spent the greater part of his life in Jefferson County. He occupied a position in the west for some time as superintendent and engineer of construction with the Consolidated Water Co., of Helena, Montana. A few years ago he resigned his position and again became a resident of Jefferson County. His death was the result of an injury sustained Feb. 18. The premature death of Frank STEVER brings deep sorrow to his family and a large circle of friends.
