E. ALLISON Dies At 87

Mrs. Charles ALLISON, 87, longtime resident of Fairfield, died at 8 a.m. today at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been a patient since May 16.

Services will be Friday at the Raymond Funeral Home at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Wayne Bartruff officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Elizabeth Maude ALLISON was born Dec. 2, 1889, near Libertyville. She was the daughter of Charles and Louise McCLEARY HESTON. Mrs. ALLISON was a member of the United Methodist Church and the Philathea Class.

Her marriage to Charles L. ALLISON took place in Fairfield, Dec. 23, 1911. They moved from Libertyville to Fairfield in 1912, and the home is at 1100 S. Second. Her husband preceded her in death Aug. 6, 1965.

Survivors include two daughters, Eloise KAUSE and Jeanette DUCKWORTH; and a son, Dick ALLISON, all of Fairfield; also four grandchildren, six great grandchildren; and a brother, Lloyd HESTON, Fairfield.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. ALLISON was preceded in death by a daughter, one grandson, and seven brothers and sisters.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 30TH DAY OF MAY, 1978, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELIZABETH M. ALLISON, DECEASED, BEARING DATE OF THE 20TH DAY OF MARCH, 1974, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT CHARLES R. ALLISON WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF SAID ESTATE.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NORICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
