OBITUARY

Ernest (sic. Earnest on his headstone) HESTON was born August 20, 1885, in Jefferson county, Iowa, and died April 2, 1905, aged 19 years, 7 months and 13 days. He had been a sufferer for some months with rheumatism and his death came as a welcome release from mortal ills. He was just entering the springtime of life when his Maker called him. Deceased leaves to mourn his departure his father, mother, and three brothers, Charles, James and Luther. Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home conducted by Rev. H.C. Littleton, pastor of the Christian church.
