Mrs. Margaret Jane DAVIS

The funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Jane DAVIS of Selma, who died Wednesday evening at the age of 91 years, were held this afternoon at 1 o'clock from the Bethlehem church in charge of Rev. William Heagler. Interment will be in the Glasgow cemetery (note: in Sand Creek Twp., Davis Co., IA).

Mrs. DAVIS was the last surviving charter member of the Bethlehem church located just south of Eldon. She joined this church at its organization seventy-five years ago.

Her husband (note: Moses DAVIS) preceded her in death, as did one daughter, and the following children survive: Alex DAVIS, of Hooker, Okla., Mrs. Sarah GREENLAND of Batavia, Mrs. Lavisa FITZPATRICK of Dixon, Calif., Mrs. Elsie SIMMONS of Fairfield, Allen DAVIS and Mrs. Rhoda HARWOOD, both of Douds, Miss Emma DAVIS, at home, Mrs. Martha WOODS of Flint, Mich., and Mrs. Edith HINKLE of Selma.
