Hazel A. SALTS

Hazel A. SALTS, 74, Route 4, died at 12:45 a.m. today at the Nelson Nursing Home.

Services will be held at the Behner Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Clair Odell officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church.

Mrs. SALTS had lived most of her life in the Fairfield Community and was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Hazel A. SALTS was born Jan. 1, 1909, in Ottumwa. She was the daughter of Charles W. and Clara ANDERSON ROBINSON. Her marriage to Robert F. SALTS took place July 4, 1927, in Mount Pleasant. He died March 11, 1979 (sic. he died May 11, 1979).

Mrs. SALTS is survived by two daughters and a son: Evelyn WALKER, Pomona, Calif.; Dorothy HARMEIER, Westminister, Calif.; and James SALTS, Fairfield.

She is also survived by 12 grand-children, 12 great-grandchildren; two brothers' Rollin ROBINSON, Colorado Springs, Colo, and Dell ROBINSON, Fairfield; and a sister, Neomi SCHAEFER, Fairfield. She was preceded in death by two brothers.
