Monday March 30, 1908

Died Sunday Morning.

Harold Ambrose, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Bernie CLINKENBEARD, passed away Sunday morning after only three days illness. The little one was about four months old.

Short funeral services were conducted this afternoon at three o'clock at the Joseph CLINKENBEARD home by Rev. Louis Mendenhall of the Free Methodist church. The remains were interred in Evergreen cemetery. The sympathies of many friends go out to the young parents at this time.

RKT note: Buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, Iowa. 1st.041. Parents: Bernard "Bernie" CLINKENBEARD and Pearl May EDWARDS CLINKENBEARD. Born Nov. 18, 1907 and died March 29, 1908. His name is recorded in the death records at the Jefferson County courthouse recorder's office under the first name "Herald" instead of the Harold used in the obituary and on the top edge of his headstone.
