D. WORLEY Dies At 78

Mrs. Dorothy Gertrude WORLEY, 78, Fairfield, died at 12:55 a.m. today at the Jefferson County Hospital. She had formerly been a patient at the Nelson Nursing Home.

Services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Fairfield with Father Karl Holtkamp officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Prayers for a Christian Wake will be held Thursday evening at the Raymond Funeral Home.

Mrs. WORLEY was born May 5, 1896 in Washington County, the daughter of John and Julia WODENSKI (sic. should be WODGENSKI) BELIEL. She was married to Clayton WORLEY Sept. 28, 1921. She was a member of St. Mary Church.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Doris MINEART, Fairfield; and six sons; Robert, Pleasant Plain; Verle and Lester, Washington; Kenneth and Raeford, Burlington; and James, Minot Air Force Base, N.D.

Other survivors include 36 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; one sister, Blanche HARTFORD and one brother, Larry BELIEL, both of San Jose, Calif.

One brother, three grand-children and two great-grandchildren preceded her in death.
