PARSONS, Edward LeRoy -- Edward LeRoy PARSONS, a husband and beloved father passed away on March 23rd. Ed was born on March 9, 1944, in Syracuse, NY, to Edward, Sr. and Mary. He recently celebrated his 66th birthday. He loved his guitar, folk music, his book "Crazy Girl?", the tree house on "the land" and mostly his only son, Edward Aaron PARSONS. He is also survived by his sister, Penny, and many many friends. Edward was a kind, sweet, thoughtful man of integrity with great compassion and a wonderful sense of humor. He was one of a kind and will be deeply missed by those who love him. He was a mentor to so many. A service will be held on Saturday, March 27th at 11:00 a.m. at his Temple at 2153 S 32nd Street in Fairfield Iowa.
