SANCHEZ, Grace 'Gracie' Jayne -- Grace "Gracie" Jayne SANCHEZ, 2 months, of Grandview, died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010, at Unity Hospital in Muscatine.

A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Muscatine. Burial will be in Letts Cemetery. Following the interment, a gathering will be held at the Letts Community Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Gracie's name. Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.lewisfuneralhomes.com.

Gracie was born Oct. 29, 2009, in Iowa City, the daughter of Jose SANCHEZ and Amanda STREAT HATHAWAY.

Survivors include her parents; one half brother, Logan HATHAWAY of Grandview; one half sister, Dawn HATHAWAY of Grandview; her grandparents, Ray and Tammy HAILE of Packwood, William and Lisa STREAT of Muscatine, Virgil and Kendra HUSBAND of Muscatine and Francisco SANCHEZ of Davenport; and her great-grandparents, Gerald and Darlene KIRK Sr. of Letts, Richard and Paula HUBLER of Tipton and Jim and Lorrina HUSBAND of Muscatine.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Margaret Jane and William STREAT.
