O'SULLIVAN, Rory James -- Rory James O'SULLIVAN, 25, formerly of Fairfield, died of a brain tumor Sunday, Dec. 27, 2009, at his parents' home in Knoxville, Tenn.

A memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Jenkintown, Penn.

Family visitation will be from 9-9:55 a.m. Saturday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Grey Ribbon Crusade, Musella Foundation, 1100 Peninsula Blvd., Hewlett, NY 11557, or made online at greyribboncrusade.org.

Mr. O'SULLIVAN, formerly of Glenside, Penn., was home-schooled and graduated from high school in Fairfield in 2002. He attended Vancouver Film School in British Columbia, Canada, in 2007. Following his graduation, Mr. O'SULLIVAN moved to Brooklyn, N.Y., where he worked on the production of several films, including "Wild Combination," a documentary about musician Arthur Russell, and "Harold" starring Nikki Blonsky. He was diagnosed with cancer in March 2008.

Mr. O'SULLIVAN was a Philadelphia Phillies fan and traveled with his parents from Knoxville to Philadelphia to see the National League East Championship Sept. 30.

Survivors include his parents, Marian and Shawn; one brother, Shawn Devin of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and his grandfather, Robert O'SULLIVAN of Philadelphia.
