WELLER, Doris -- Doris WELLER, 93, of Fairfield, died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

Arrangements are pending at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

WELLER, Doris -- Doris WELLER, 83, of Fairfield, died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

The rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. Sunday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. Family visitation will be from 4:30-6 p.m. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Fairfield with the Rev. Stephen Page officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the St. Mary Church Building Fund or the Doug Johnson Dialysis Center in lieu of flowers. Cards and memorials can be sent to 1105 S. Main St., Fairfield 52556.

Mrs. WELLER was born Dec. 27, 1925, in Sedalia, Mo., the daughter of Don and Maude RICHARDSON CLIFFORD. She married Charles B. WELLER, Jr. June 25, 1947 in Sedalia.

Mrs. WELLER was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, the Altar and Rosary Society and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She and her husband moved to Fairfield in 1957. Her pastimes included playing bridge and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Charles of Parkview Care Center; two sons, Dale and Michael of Omaha, Neb.; one daughter, Linda REINIER and husband Vern of Fairfield; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, James S. WELLER; and one brother, Don CLIFFORD.
