HAYNES, Clayton Moore -- Clayton Moore HAYNES, 8, of Fairfield, died Tuesday evening, Nov. 17, 2009, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

A graveside inurnment service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield, with the Rev. Danny Cary officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clayton Haynes Memorial Fund, Community First Credit Union, 2501 W. Burlington Ave., Fairfield 52556.

Clayton was born Aug. 1, 2001, in Ottumwa, the son of Rick HAYNES and Shauna ELLIS.

Clayton attended second grade at Lincoln Elementary School in Fairfield.

Survivors include his father, Rick HAYNES of Libertyville; his mother, Shauna ELLIS of Fairfield; one sister, Caley of Fairfield; his grandparents, "Skeeter" LeRoy and Dianna HAYNES of Libertyville, James and Patricia BROWN and Don Sr. and Pauline ELLIS; his great-grandparents, Rita HAYNES, Charles and Agnes FITZSIMMONS Jr. of Libertyville, Letha BROWN of Batavia, Tom and Gertrude PORTER of Mission, Texas, Viola VanDORIN, Esther WADDLE of Bloomfield and Ruth BROWN of Stockport.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Charles "Skeeter" HAYNES and Kenneth BROWN.
