Interment Fairfield, Iowa. Arrangements with The Albin Chapel, Paul, Ralph & Jack Albinson directors, 2200 Nicollet Av. No reviewal or visitation.

Helen B. BYERLY Taken In Death

Helen BEAN BYERLY, former resident and teacher of the Fairfield Community, died January 8 in Minneapolis, Minn.

Services were held at the Westminster Presbyterian Chapel in Minneapolis. She was cremated and the urn was buried in the family plot at Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield on Jan. 19.

Helen BEAN BYERLY was born Nov. 25, 1884, in Burlington, the daughter of Dr. John V. and Elizabeth WILSON BEAN. She lived in Fairfield during her early years, attended the Parsons Academy and graduated from Parsons College in 1905.

She taught English in the Fairfield High School until 1921 when she moved to Minneapolis.

Miss BYERLY was the last of her family. Her sister, Mrs. Hale GREENLEAF, died in October, 1967.
