Mrs. Anna R. HANEY, 91, life-time resident of this community, died Saturday at 3:45 p.m. at the Fairfield Convalescent Home after a serious illness of one month.
Services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral Home in charge of the Rev. Wilson Hyde. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. HANEY was born Sept. 16, 1878 in the Richwoods community of Jefferson County, the daughter of Simpson and Sarah BRADSHAW HOWARD. She was married to Paul R. HANEY June 7, 1905. He died May 1, 1907.
Mrs. HANEY was a member of the United Methodist Church, Rebekah Lodge No. 97, Order of Eastern Star and the White Shrine.
She is survived by one son, Paul HANEY, Fairfield; two grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Also surviving is one brother, J. R. HOWARD, Fairfield Route 3. Two sisters and one brother are deceased.
