MOORE, Ann E. -- Ann E. MOORE, 52, of Evansville, Ind., died at 1:55 a.m. Friday, July 3, 2009, at St. Mary's Medical Center.
A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Evansville, Ind., with the Rev. Mitch Gieselman officiating. Burial will be private.
Visitation is from 3-8 p.m. today at the church.

Arrangements are in the care of Boone Funeral Home-East Chapel, 5330 Washington Ave., Evansville, Ind.

Mrs. MOORE was born Nov. 11, 1956, in Fairfield, the daughter of Dean and Maxine McCLATCHEY.
Mrs. MOORE was a graduate of Daviess County High School in Owensboro, Ky., and Stephens College in Columbia, Mo. She had a career in broadcast journalism, most notably as news anchor and reporter at WTVW Channel 7, before becoming a small business advisor for the Evansville Chamber of Commerce.
Mrs. MOORE was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church since 1982; she served as the lay leader in 2008 and 2009 and was active in youth ministry. She was involved in the Chrysalis and Tres Dias Fourth Day communities.
During her two-year battle with pancreatic cancer, she founded the Gilda's Club of Evansville for the support of families living with cancer.
Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Randy; two daughters, Erin OSMON of Chicago, Ill., and Meredith MOORE of Louisville, Ky.; one son, Andrew MOORE of Evansville; her parents of New Bern, N.C.; one sister, Katherine MALSBARY of charlotte, N.C.; and one brother, Bruce McCLATCHY of San Francisco, Calif.
