DAN DETWILER FOUND DEAD IN HIS ROOM
Was last seen by his friends Saturday morning about 9:30 a.m.

Dan DETWILER, about 65, was found dead in his room on West Broadway about midnight Saturday. He was last seen alive about 9:30 Saturday morning. Death was from natural causes.

The body was taken to the Hoskins funeral home. No arrangements have been made regarding his funeral, pending word from relatives.

He leaves two sisters, Mrs. Lena WHITE of Chicago and Mrs. Genevive SHELLEY of Toledo, Ohio.

"Dan," as he was known in Fairfield was a porter at the Leggett Hotel for many years. In more recent years he has been employed by various business houses doing odd jobs, and will be missed by his any (sic) friends in this community.

DETWILER Funeral To Be Thursday Morning

Funeral services for Dan DETWILER will be held at the Hoskins funeral home Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m.

Rev. L. L. Johnson will have charge of the services and burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

"Dan," as everyone in Fairfield knew him, was found dead in his room Saturday night. He was last seen alive about 9:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
