GIBERSON, Lucille H. -- Lucille H. GIBERSON, 71, of Stockport, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009, at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Mike Renken officiating. Interment will be in Spencer Cemetery in Stockport.

Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. GIBERSON was born Nov. 16, 1937, in Sigourney, the daughter of William and Marvel NORTH BRUEGGE. She married Ernest GIBERSON, and they were later divorced.

Mrs. GIBERSON graduated from high school and was employed as a dietary aide at Van Buren Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua.

She was a regular volunteer at Stockport Days in Stockport.

Survivors include four children, William GIBERSON and wife Rebecca of Packwood, Connie COBERLEY and husband Randy of Mount Pleasant, Russell GIBERSON and wife Toni of Stockport and Richard GIBERSON of Stockport; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Loretta SIEREN of Brighton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two infant children; two brothers, Robert BRUEGGE and Lee BRUEGGE; and one sister, Edna LOVING.
