HINSHAW, Donna -- Donna HINSHAW, 74, of Richland, died at 5:15 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009, at Ridgewood Nursing and Rehab Center.
Arrangements are pending at Gould Funeral Home in Richland.

HINSHAW, Donna Lois -- Donna Lois HINSHAW, 74, of Richland, died Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009, at Ridgewood Nursing & Rehab Center in Ottumwa following an lengthy illness.
A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Gould Funeral Home in Richland, with the Rev. Harlan Van Voorst officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery.
Open visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the family present from 6-8 p.m. Memorials to the Lord's Cupboard, Richland Public Library or Woolson friends Church may be left at the funeral home or may be mailed to the famly at 32731 325th St., Richland 52585.
Mrs. HINSHAW was born July 3, 1934, in Fairfield, the daughter of Emile J. and Winnifred K. FRESHWATER EMONIN. She married Kevin Dean HINSHAW May 14, 1953, in Junction City, Kan.
Mrs. HINSHAW grew up southeast of Fairfield. She graduated from Fairfield High School in 1953. She and her husband farmed the Hinshaw Century Farm for 56 years.
Mrs. HINSHAW was a longtime member of Trinity Friends Church in Richland.
She enjoyed gardening, visiting friends and taking part in church activities.
Survivors include her husband; one son, Dennis of Richland; two daughters, Dixie RICHARDSON and husband Nick of Ottumwa and Jeannie PEDRICK and husband Jeff of Richland; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; one brother, John EMONIN of Marion; and one daughter-in-law, Linda HINSHAW.
Her parents and one brother, Richard EMONIN, preceded her in death.
