PACKWOOD. Carl G. EDMUND, 76, died Sunday at Nelson Nursing Home, Fairfield. Behner Funeral Home. Burial in Packwood Cemetery. The family farm home is located 1¼ miles south of Packwood. He had lived in the Packwood community all of his life. Born May 30, 1889, at Packwood, son of Charles and Hannah ANDERSON EDMUND; married Bessie WILSON Feb. 18, 1915. Member Packwood Methodist Church and a 50 year member of Jefferson County Farm Bureau. Survived by widow and four daughters, Mrs. Homer WIGGINS of Packwood, Mrs. Parley SMALL of Packwood, Mrs. Donald STURGELL of Wichita, Kan., and Mrs. Wray WOOLUMS of Packwood; 10 grandchildren and 3 greatgrandchildren. Three brothers, two sisters, and twin sons preceded him in death.
