Mrs. Jess W. COWGUILL, 72, died Sunday at Jefferson County Hospital. Burial in Packwood Cemetery. The former Hazel MOORMAN, born May 28, 1890, at Packwood, daughter of Charles and Esther SMITH MOORMAN; married Jess W. COWGUILL Sept. 24, 1918, at Packwood. Survived by husband and children: Mrs. Clive CLARK, Rockwell City, Iowa; Mrs. Charles GROSS, Beloit, Wisc.; Mrs. Charles BRUST, La Canada, Calif., and Jay W. COWGUILL, Packwood. Two sisters preceded her in death. She was the first person to graduate from Packwood High School.
