STEVER, Eva Aldora -- Eva Aldora STEVER, 88, of Fairfield, died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2008, at Scotland County Hospital in Memphis, Mo.
A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Jim McGaffy officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield.
Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Jefferson County Park, which was originally part of the STEVER property.

Mrs. STEVER was born Aug. 17, 1920, in Washington County, the daughter of Carson Archer and Margaret SINN REIGHARD. She married George Frank STEVER June 22, 1941, in Kahoka, Mo. He preceded her in death.
Mrs. STEVER was a 1939 graduate of Fairfield High School. She was a homemaker, dispatcher at the Jefferson County Law Enforcement Center, headstart teacher, Fairfield school district bus driver, church camp cook and waitress at Turner Hotel. She also worked at Montgomery Ward. She was a lifetime resident of Fairfield.
Mrs. STEVER was a member of Fairfield Free Methodist Church.
Survivors include three sons, Frank and wife Eleanor of Grand Island, Neb., Harry of Fairfield and Ralph and wife Sandy of Fairfield; three daughters, Mary TERRILL and husband Tom of North Liberty, Kathy KIDDOO and husband Bill of Memphis, Mo., and Cynthia THOMPSON and husband John of Wyaconda, Mo.; 21 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; one brother, Cloyce REIGHARD of Burlington; and one sister, Wilda GRAHAM of San Diego, Calif.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson; one daughter, Margaret PARKER; one great-granddaughter; two sisters, Wilma EDWARDS and Edna MANLEY; and one brother, Donald REIGHARD.
