AYLOR, Joann -- Joann AYLOR, 72, of Fairfield, died at 12:15 a.m. today, Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2008, at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.

Arrangements are pending at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.

AYLOR, Joann -- Joann AYLOR, 72, formerly of Keosauqua, died at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13. 2008, at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.

A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Phil Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Purdom Cemetery in Keosauqua.

Open visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 1-2 p.m.

Memorials to Purdom Cemetery may be left at or mailed to the funeral home at PO Box 513, Keosauqua 52565.

Mrs. AYLOR was born April 22, 1936, in rural Keosauqua, the daughter of John and Anna Josephine MYERS PARKER. She married Kermit C. "Bill" AYLOR Feb. 22, 1985, in Kahoka, Mo. He died March 26, 1991.

Mrs. AYLOR lived most of her life in Van Buren County. She had resided at Nelson Nursing Home since Jan. 28, 2004.

Survivors include one daughter, Kathryn Ann REYNOLDS of Harlan; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one son, John S. KREISS; and two brothers, Charles Robert and James PARKER.
