WAUGH, Pearl Lucille -- Pearl Lucille WAUGH, 88, died Friday, June 20, 2008, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

A private family graveside service is planned, with burial of cremains in Fell Cemetery. According to Mrs. WAUGH's wishes, her body has been cremated.

A memorial fund has been established. Cards may be sent to 15433 105th Road, Libertyville 52567.

Arrangements are in the care of Behner Funeral Home.

Mrs. WAUGH was born Feb. 18, 1920, in Fairfield, the daughter of John H. and Myrtle WATERS COFFIN. She married Gayle Warren WAUGH May 28, 1938, in Lancaster, Mo. He died Dec. 9, 1957.

Mrs. WAUGH was raised in the Fairfield area. She graduated from Fairfield High School in 1936. She was a bus driver for the Fairfield Community School District for 23 years.

She enjoyed playing cards with several groups of friends, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include 11 children, Leland WAUGH of Fairfield, James WAUGH and wife Marie of Libertyville, William WAUGH and wife Connie of Libertyville, Donald WAUGH and wife Janice of Midland, Mich., Janet MEEK and husband Van of Stockport, Linda KEELY and husband Tom of Fairfield, Kenneth WAUGH and wife Elaine of Springboro, Ohio, Robert WAUGH and wife Diane of Libertyville, Ruth MARTIN and husband Larry of Fairfield, Dennis WAUGH and wife Mary of Cedar Rapids and Darrell WAUGH and wife Jane of Hedrick; 35 grandchildren; and 48 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one son, roger WAUGH; six brothers, Milton, Raymond, John C., Willard, Lester and Kenneth; two sisters, Mary BOUGHNER and infant Blanche; and two great-grandchildren.
