POLSON, Harold W. -- Harold W. POLSON, 68, of Mount Pleasant, died Monday evening, March 24, 2008, at Henry County Health Center in Mount Pleasant.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Pleasant Home Cemetery in Worthington, Mo.
Family visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Murphy Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant.
A memorial has been established to the family, and memorials may be left at the funeral home.

Mr. POLSON was born Aug. 17, 1939, in Stahl, Mo., the son of Hugh and Edith BROCKHART POLSON.
Mr. POLSON lived in Missouri and the Batavia area before moving to Mount Pleasant. He worked at Cardinal community schools and at First Baptist Church of Mount Pleasant as a custodian.
He was an avid outdoorsman.
Survivors include one sister, Karen FISHER of Ottumwa and two brothers, Dale POLSON and Henry POLSON, both of Knoxville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Jane DEUSER, Dorothy SWANSON and Phyllis SKAGGS; and one brother, Herbert "Shorty" POLSON.
