Susanna EMERY (sic - EMRY) Dies At Pleasant Plain

Susanna EMERY, 76, passed away at her home in Pleasant Plain Saturday at 11:30 p.m. She had been in poor health for some time and seriously ill the past few weeks.

Funeral services will be held at the Friend's church in Pleasant Plain in charge of Rev. R. W. Fillmore, but the date and hour have not been set pending word from relatives. Burial will be in Walnut cemetery.

Miss EMERY was born April 30, 1870 in Jefferson county, the daughter of the late Thomas and Ruth HODSON EMERY. She had lived in Pleasant Plain for 50 years. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

The body has been returned to her home in Pleasant Plain from the Omar Hoskins funeral home in Brighton.
