FAULKNER, John Frederick 'Jack' -- John Frederick "Jack" FAULKNER, 76, died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2008.

A Wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Cutler-O'Neill Funeral Home in Council Bluffs. A Celebration of Life Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Council Bluffs.

Memorials may be made to St. Albert Catholic Schools, St. Patrick Catholic Church in Council Bluffs or a charity of the donor's choice.

Mr. FAULKNER lived in Fairfield while working for Kimberly-Clark Corp. prior to living in Council Bluffs.

Survivors include two sons, Dave and wife Sheila of Tempe, Ariz., and Tom and wife Jody of Plan, Texas; one sister, Suzanne FAULKNER of Lafayette, Colo.; his wife, Rosemary GRONSTAL-FAULKNER of Council Bluffs; and two granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Janet.
