PERIAN, Patricia M. -- Patricia M. PERIAN, 74, of Fairfield, died Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Mark Brase officiating. Burial of cremains will be in Howard Grove Cemetery.

Family visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa. Cards and memorials may be sent to 600 S. Seventh St., Fairfield 52556.

Mrs. PERIAN was born Aug. 2, 1933, the daughter of Ralph B. and Goldie Helen HILL ROBERTS Sr. She married Clyde PERIAN July 25, 1966. He died July 18, 1996.

Mrs. PERIAN lived most of her life in the Fairfield area. She graduated from Fairfield High School. She was employed by Plexco in Bloomfield and Fairfield and retired from there.

She enjoyed camping, sewing, embroidering and playing bingo and cards. She loved her dog.

Mrs. PERIAN was a member of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary. She delivered meals for the Fairfield Senior Citizen Center.

Survivors include four children, Carlyn CLINE and husband Marvin of Lockridge, Marlyn DEAO of Fairfield, Dixie ZARAGOZA and husband Victor of Fairfield and Grant PERIAN of Fairfield; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Jack ROBERTS of Athens, Ala., and Ralph ROBERTS Jr. of Salina.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and 13 half brothers and sisters.
