McCULLOUGH, Robert Earl -- Robert Earl McCULLOUGH, 81, of Huntley, Ill., formerly of Fairfield, has died.
A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Sunday at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home in Schaumburg, Ill. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church, 12015 Mill St., Huntley, IL 60142.
Mr. McCULLOUGH was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in World War II.
He was a third-degree Mason AF & AM Lodge 259 of Lancaster, Mo.
He was a member of Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church, the Iowa State Teachers Association and the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Jane; two children, Jane WELIN and husband Peter of Dublin, Ohio, and Judy LEONARDIS and husband Robert of South Barrington, Ill.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Stephen.

HUNTLEY - Robert Earl McCullough, 81, of Huntley and formerly of Fairfield, Iowa, died Friday, Nov. 2, 2007.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a Mason of the 3rd degree and a member of Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church, the Iowa State Teachers Association and the American Legion.
He was the beloved husband of Mary Jane (Dellinger) McCullough; loving father of Jane (Peter) Welin of Dublin, Ohio, Judy (Robert) Leonardis of South Barrington and the late Stephen McCullough; loving grandfather of Elizabeth, Eric and Jeffrey Welin, Andrea, Mary and Paul Leonardis and Jeffrey (Tina) McCullough; and loving great-grandfather of Zachery and Mika.
The memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 330 W. Golf Road, Schaumburg.
Interment will be private.
