Charles Truman Miller, 29, of Pella, formerly of Batavia, died Monday, March 20, 2006, at his home.

A service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Reece Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Albert officiating. Burial will be in Batavia Cemetery.

Open visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Friday, with family present from 6-8 p.m. Friday.

Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Iowa Chapter.

Mr. Miller was born March 27, 1976, in Ottumwa, the son of Joseph and Louise Stiles Miller.

Mr. Miller graduated from Cardinal High School and Indian Hills Community College. He worked at Ver Meer Manufacturing in Pella for 10 years.

Mr. Miller attended Bethel United Pentecostal Church in Ottumwa.

Survivors include his father, Joe Miller Sr. of Batavia; his mother, Louise Miller of Batavia; one grandfather, Robert P. Miller of Batavia; one brother, Joe Miller Jr. of Ottumwa; one sister, Tonja Votroubek of Davenport; three nieces ; and two nephews.

He was preceded in death by three grandparents, Mary Katherine Miller and Truman and Elsie Stiles.
