CARROLL, Joyce Ann -- Joyce Ann CARROLL, 68, of Brighton, died Sunday, July 22, 2007, on the family farm where she was born.

A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hope Lutheran Church in Germanville, with the Rev. Wayne Wilken and the Rev. Charles Fladung officiating. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery.

Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Memorials may be made to Hope Lutheran Church. Cards and memorials may be sent to 1550 Yarrow Blvd., Brighton 52540.

Mrs. CARROLL was born Aug. 14, 1938, on her grandparent's farm in Jefferson County, the daughter of Max W. and Edith M. BEKEL BALDOSIER. She married Bernard C. CARROLL Jr. March 5, 1960.

Mrs. CARROLL graduated from Fairfield High School in 1957. She was employed by the Fairfield Community School District as a bus driver for 30 years.

She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her mother of Fairfield; her husband; two sons, Bernard M. CARROLL of Des Moines and Gary L. CARROLL of Brighton; one grandson; and one brother, Ron BALDOSIER of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by her father.
