Willis HOLLINGSWORTH, 77, of Packwood died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2006, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

A service is set for 10 a.m. Saturday at Ollie Baptist Church in Ollie, with the Rev. Connie Chartier officiating. Burial will be in Packwood Cemetery.

Family visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. today at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. Cards and memorials to Ollie Baptist Church may be sent in care of 1382 Columbine Blvd., Packwood 52580. Online condolences may be sent via www.behnerfh.com.

Mr. HOLLINGSWORTH was born Sept. 28, 1928, in Ollie, the son of Grant and Wilda Conger HOLLINGSWORTH. He married Dorothy May GUY Jan. 3, 1954, at Ollie Baptist Church.

Mr. HOLLINGSWORTH lived his entire life in the Ollie/Packwood area. He and his wife farmed in Polk Township.

Mr. HOLLINGSWORTH was a member of the Iowa National Guard.

He was a member of Ollie Baptist Church, holding many positions in the church. He also was a member of the International Edsel Club.

Survivors include his wife; six children, Paul HOLLINGSWORTH of Vine Grove, Ky., Glen HOLLINGSWORTH and wife Carol of Hoffman Estates, Ill., David HOLLINGSWORTH and wife Jody of Packwood, Linda SNODGRASS of Girard, Ill., Robin ADAMS and husband David of Lamont, and Lea Ann CLARK and husband Mark of Nicholasville, Ky.; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Betty GOTT of Ollie and Nell PATTERSON of Beresford, S.D.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant brother.
