MOSINSKI, Roberta Lea -- Roberta Lea MOSINSKI of Fairfield died Sunday, April 22, 2007, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.
Arrangements are pending at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

MOSINSKI, Roberta Lea -- Roberta Lea MOSINSKI, 56, of Fairfield, died Sunday April 22, 2007 at the Jefferson County Hospital following a long struggle with cancer.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Fairfield. Fr. Stephen Page will officiate at the service. Friends may call from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Raymond Funeral Home, Fairfield where the family will be present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A parish scripture service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Interment will be at Polishville Cemetery. Roberta Lea WHITTEN was born September 25, 1950 at Ottumwa, Iowa. She was the daughter of Robert and Cora Lea CAPPS WHITTEN. She lived in Townsend, Montana from 1957 until 1964. Roberta was a graduate of Fairfield High School with the class of 1968. On July 24, 1976 she was united in marriage with Harold MOSINSKI at St. Mary Catholic Church in Fairfield. She was a member of St. Mary's Parish and worked at the United Telephone Co. She then raised her family and later owned and operated the Dairy Bar in Fairfield for a period of ten years. In her last years Roberta touched and influenced the lives of many people, both around southeast Iowa and Tulsa, Oklahoma where she received most of her cancer treatment.
She is survived by her husband, Harold of Fairfield; two sons, Bob of Fairfield and Mark of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania; one daughter, Emily and her husband Jeff HARRYMAN of Keosauqua; her parents, Robert and Cora WHITTEN of Fairfield; two sisters, Janet WHITTEN of Fairfield and Sharon and her husband Don HARBISON of Brighton.
Memorials may be given for stained glass windows for the new Catholic Church in Fairfield or at the donor's choice.
