Dorothy Joann HICKS-CAMPBELL, 70, of Fairfield, died Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.
A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Suburban Heights Baptist Church in Fairfield, with the Rev. Ed Parker officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation, with the family present, will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Suburban Heights Baptist Church. Cards and memorials may be sent to 705 S. Fourth St., Fairfield 52556.

Mrs. HICKS-CAMPBELL was born March 19, 1937, in Fairfield, the daughter of William and Dema MORROW SCHULTZ. She married Rex R. HICKS Dec. 13, 1952. He died Oct. 9, 1988. She married Dustin CAMPBELL July 19, 2003, in Fairfield.
Mrs. HICKS-CAMPBELL was a lifelong resident of the Fairfield community. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. HICKS-CAMPBELL was a member of Suburban Heights Baptist Church.
She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her husband; three children, Calvin HICKS of Lindale, Texas, Linda SISSON of Las Vegas, Nev., and Daniel HICKS of Keokuk; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Sandy STANLEY, Susie CAULDER and Donna POHREN; and four brothers, Darrel SCHULTZ, Emer CARLSON, Wayne CARLSON and Harold CARLSON.
In addition to her first husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; two children, Rex HICKS and Cynthia HICKS; and three siblings, Bessie STEELE, Betty FERN HOLT and Bill SCHULTZ.
